american/dream is Cleo Cheng's debut poetry collection. It is equal parts love letter and hate mail — an examination of how it feels to adore and abhor something all at once.

A selection of poems in this collection won third prize in the poetry category at the Golden Point Award 2023, organized by Arts House Limited in partnership with the Singapore Book Council.
